My name is Tom. we owned a home in Dawson Ranch, beautiful area, in big demand for new, young families. Our home was listed with Vista for 6 months, starting in Sept 2018 never sold, very few offers. We did not renew the contract. Then one day shortly after contract ended with Vista, i got a call from an agency in San Antonio. They specialized in hooking up sellers with the individual real estate agent that according to all their gathered statistics, was the strongest, best, most likely to sell our home than any other agent within 50 mile radius. The agency only gets paid if the real estate agent they recommend sells our home! Here's the kicker, the agent (Blake) worked for the same real estate company, Vista, that had not sold our home in 6 months.
